About Cassie

Cassie is political journalist in Washington, D.C.

She currently works for Spectrum News as a Washington correspondent covering Congress, the Biden administration, the Supreme Court, and other federal agencies. Cassie has conducted exclusive interviews with former Speakers of the House Kevin McCarthy and Nancy Pelosi, former Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Adam Schiff, and other news makers in Washington. She served as Spectrum News' sole campaign reporter covering the Harris campaign in 2024, following the Vice President from the time she became the Democratic nominee through Election Day.

Before arriving in Washington, Cassie worked in local news in her hometown of Scranton, PA and in Dover, DE. She has experience in producing and anchoring newscasts, scripting and editing packages, and field producing.
